Aerial Ascension Yoga- Frequently Asked Questions
 What should I wear?
-Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in, including hanging upside down. We have also found that wearing shirts with sleeves (like t-shirts) is much more comfortable than tank tops.

What should I bring?
-You can bring a yoga mat if you have one to place under your hammock. RedBloom has mats for anyone that does not have one already. You are more than welcome to bring a water bottle as well.
-If this is your first time in Aerial Ascension Yoga at RedBloom, you can fill out our Aerial Waiver ahead of time and bring it with you. You can find this waiver on our Aerial Yoga page. If you would prefer, you can arrive early for your first class and fill out the waiver at RedBloom.

Should I eat before class?
-Traditionally, yogis are encouraged to eat at least 2 hours before practicing, but with Aerial Ascension Yoga this is a bit different. If you are prone to motion sickness, it is better to have a small amount of food in your stomach before class- a light snack like fruit, nuts, or cheese.

Are there any conditions that are contra-indicated with Aerial Ascension Yoga?
-If you have any of the conditions below, please consult your physician before participating in Aerial Ascension Yoga classes and let the instructor know before class: Pregnancy, glaucoma, recent surgery (especially shoulder, back, hips, eyes, hands, or wrists), heart disease, very high or very low blood pressure, easy onset vertigo, motion sicknesss, osteoperosis, recent head injury, cerebral sclerosis, severe arthritis, disk herniation, recent stroke, botox (within 24 hours).
