Smart Phones and public wifi everywhere we go has great benefits for our productivity, but wreak havoc on our mental health at times. It's easy to feel like you have to always be on when you have a mini computer in your back pocket at all-times. But unplugging, turning off your phone and stepping away from your computer, allows you recover from stress and be present. Try to step away from your phone/computer for a few hours a week. Take a Nap
Getting enough sleep is crucial when it comes to your mental and emotional health. Lack of sleep has links to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and more.
