Prioritize your health and happiness as you let go of the stress of your work week and leave feeling refreshed and renewed, ready to start your weekend off right!
Weekend Detox: Just like Work Week Detox but on Sunday evenings. I beautiful way to bring the weekend to a close. Open to all levels of yogis.

Stretch & Move: This vinyasa flow style of asana (posture) practice introduces and links foundational poses together in a creative and fluid way with an emphasis on alignment and breath awareness. In this class you will learn how to synchronize the movements of the body with the breath. This synchronization brings warmth from the inside out, creating a sense of clarity and ease while strengthening and lengthening the body. Using deep principles of alignment, this class will have a moderate intensity level and will emphasize strengthening the body and mind, while helping to release accumulated tension from the body and mind. Each class will blend meditation, pranayama (breath work), and creative asana flow. Some classes will incorporate yoga mantra and chant. No experience necessary.
Strength & Movement: This more vigorous vinyasa flow style of asana (posture) practice links poses together in a creative and fluid way with an emphasis on alignment and breath awareness. In this class you will learn how to synchronize the movements of the body with the breath. This synchronization brings warmth from the inside out, creating a sense of clarity and ease while strengthening and lengthening the body. Using deep principles of alignment, this class will have a moderately challenging intensity level and will emphasize strengthening the body and mind, while helping to release accumulated tension from the body and mind. Each class will blend meditation, pranayama (breath work), and creative asana flow. Expect to sweat and expect to come out of class in a state of bliss! Some classes will incorporate yoga mantra, chakra work, and yoga chant. Some experience and confidence with level one vinyasa flow recommended. Some foundational arm balance and inversion work will be incorporated into most classes.
Inversion & Balance: This more advanced vinyasa flow class is for experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practices in body, mind, and spirit. Vinyasa flows will warm the body and safely and appropriately build the practitioner toward deeper arm balances and/or inversions. This class is our most challenging class offered. This class is suggested for students who have been practicing for long enough to feel confident in level 2 and feel ready to progress more deeply in their asana practice.
Form & Function: The foundation of form class develops proper alignment for each individual. In this hatha style class, students learn practical and straight-forward methods to achieve optimal individualized poses. Students learn how to break poses down and integrate these various actions in order to develop flexibility and build strength. As we increase the awareness of mind and body students will solidify their yoga practice, bring relief into their bodies, and deepen their spiritual practice as well. All students are welcome to come play!
