Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work and helps to create balance and flow of universal energy. Reiki encourages the health of the whole person by supporting the healing process physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, energetically, and socially.

The Reiki Practitioner moves their hands through the client's energy field to balance the flow of energy and stimulate the body's natural healing response. Direct placement of the hands on to the body is optional based on the client's needs and preferences.

Ear Seeds

Ear Seed Therapy (Auriculotherapy) is based in traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM. It is very similar to acupuncture. Ear Seed Therapy uses acupressure points on the outer ear to stimulate coordinating parts of the body. It is commonly used in America to support mental wellbeing, addiction recovery, detoxification, and so much more. Ear seeds are utilized in the same manner as an acupuncture needle to stimulate the flow of energy throughout very specific pathways within the body. A tiny, clear adhesive patch is used to secure ear seeds to very specific points on the outer ear without having to puncture the skin. Ear Seeds remain in place for approximately one week and are either fall off naturally or are removed by the client or practitioner.
