What should I wear?
-Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in.
What should I bring?
-You are welcome to bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one. If you do not have a mat, RedBloom has plenty for you to use.
Should I eat first?
-We recommend that you eat at least 2 hours before practicing.
It's my first yoga class, what else do I need to know?
-We look forward to meeting you! If you have not filled out our participation waiver ahead of time (You can find a copy of the waiver at the bottom of this page), please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any paperwork, get comfortable in the space and on your mat, and get to know our lovely staff and teachers!
